What is happening

DocuChek will be unavailable for the whole window while the platform is failed over to its disaster-recovery site and back. This is a planned rehearsal carried out on a schedule, not a response to a problem.

During the window you will not be able to sign in, upload or download documents, or send anything for signature. Requests will fail rather than queue, so anything submitted during this period has to be submitted again once the window closes.

Work saved before the window is unaffected and no data is lost. If you have a submission due this weekend, complete it before the window opens, or wait until this page shows DocuChek operational again.
