What is happening

DocuChek will be unavailable again for the whole of this window while the platform is returned from its disaster-recovery site to the main site. This is the closing half of the same planned rehearsal announced — the exercise is not finished until service is running normally on the main site again.

During the window you will not be able to sign in, upload or download documents, or send anything for signature. Requests will fail rather than queue, so anything submitted during this period has to be submitted again once the window closes.

If you have a submission due, complete it before the window opens, or wait until this page shows DocuChek operational again.
